optimism and fear

Went to the market it was well
lite
"Your market is well lite." I told the manager
The manager just stood there looking me in the eye
"You look people in the eye well." I almost sang
"Yes, I do. I haven't trained for it, do you believe me?" He almost sang
He laughed
"Why are you laughing?"
"I liked to laugh."
"will you teach me things I can teach you things."
"YES" We said at the same time.
Then yes flew into the air and started laughing
was it mocking us?
is optimism just a by product of fear?
we decided to pay it no mind.
We closed up the shop and bought
a million nails.
